This OPRA request references the article published by The Courier Post entitled "Off-track betting facility to open in Gloucester Twp.", dated June 30, 2014, written by Joe Cooney.
In this article, while referring to the opening of the Favorites at Gloucester Township Sports Bar, GT Mayor Mayer is quoted thusly: “On top of that, we (GT) will receive 1 percent of the net profits, so that's an additional benefit to the township."

With this OPRA request, please provide the following:
1. The contract/document between GT and Favorites Sports Bar (or its parent company) where it was agreed that GT would receive 1 percent of the net profits of the Favorites at Gloucester Township Sports Bar.
2. The contract/document between the GT Economic Development Corp and Favorites Sports Bar (or its parent company) where it was agreed that GT would receive 1 percent of the net profits of the Favorites at Gloucester Township Sports Bar.
3. A detailed list of payments received by GT from Favorites at Gloucester Township Sports Bar (or its parent company) from 7/1/2014-to-present pertaining to the 1 percent of the net profits agreement.
