Good afternoon:
The County is in receipt of your emailed request for an
internal review of Monmouth County’s handling of your
OPRA request "Grit and Screenings Disposal". As you are
aware, the County Division of Purchasing conducted a
thorough search and determined that the County does not
have any records responsive to your request as written.
If you resubmit your request identifying specific
documents, i.e. a proposal number, the County will make
every effort to provide any responsive documents that may
exist.

that the bid you are looking for was actually conducted
by the Western Monmouth Utilities Authority. Western
Monmouth Utilities Authority is not an agency of Monmouth
