Grants to NJ Counties for the improvement of transportation for people with disabilities 2018-2020

Dear New Jersey Department of Transportation,
I requested information about the grants sent to countries in New Jersey during 2018, 2019c and 2020 for the sole purpose of improving, investing, maintaining or expanding the transportation for people with disabilities, by Paratransit or any other County means.
My response should have been received on or about December 2nd, 20120.
Please comply with the OPRA deadlines as set by the law.

Good Afternoon,
We apologize for the delay, as we missed your initial request when it came
through to this e-mail account. We have now opened this request with
reference number C166637. However, after discussion with the relevant New
Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) Business Units, we have
determined that records responsive to this request are not maintained by
NJDOT.
NJDOT does not issue Local Aid grants to counties specifically for
"improving, investing, maintaining or expanding the transportation for
people with disabilities." New Jersey Transit is the State agency
primarily responsible for public transportation and is an entity separate
from NJDOT.
Therefore, this request has been denied and closed, effective today, and
the official Closure Receipt is attached.
