The Borough does not have a document that is responsive to his request for the current open grants applied for and the outstanding open grants not closed out. Additionally, the request for the names and contact information for the parties that have applied for the grants is a request for information, not a document; therefore, the request is not a valid OPRA request. However, in the spirit of OPRA, please see the attached documents. The redactions on the memorandum are pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 for advisory, consultative or deliberative material.

Thank you for your attention, is there a way to find out who the grant writers are for the grants that were submitted? As explained in my previous message, we will be writing grants and we would like to be able to speak to those that already write grants for the town.
