Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., I respectfully request copies of all government records concerning Block 13, Lot 7, Englishtown, New Jersey, for the period August 6, 2024, through the date this request is fulfilled, including but not limited to:

*All site plans, surveys, engineering, architectural, construction, grading, drainage, utility, landscaping, and stormwater plans, including all original, revised, amended, approved, denied, withdrawn, and superseded versions.

*All applications, permits, inspection reports, zoning permits, building permits, certificates of occupancy, temporary certificates of occupancy, certificates of approval, and certificates of completion.

*All Planning Board and Zoning Board resolutions, memorializing resolutions, variances, waivers, site plan or subdivision approvals, conditions of approval, and records demonstrating compliance with those conditions.

*All professional review letters, engineering and planning reports, and correspondence, including emails, concerning the property’s review, approval, use, occupancy, inspections, or compliance.

*All records identifying the approved use, occupancy classification, zoning determinations, change-of-use applications, and any approvals or denials for residential, mixed-use, or other occupancy.

*All zoning or code enforcement records, including complaints, notices of violation, investigation reports, inspection reports, and related correspondence concerning the property’s use or occupancy.

*All meeting agendas, minutes, exhibits, and supporting documents presented to the Planning Board or Zoning Board concerning the property.

PLEASE INCLUDE records maintained by the Borough Clerk, Construction Official, Zoning Officer, Borough Engineer, Borough Planner, Planning Board, Zoning Board of Adjustment, Township Attorney, and any other municipal department maintaining responsive records.

Please provide the requested records electronically. If any portion of this request is denied, please identify each withheld record and cite the specific statutory basis for the denial as required under OPRA.
