Good afternoon,

Please accept this as Rowan's completed response to your August 26, 2024, OPRA request (below) wherein you sought the following:

All government affairs contracts between Rowan University and NorthStar Strategies, LLC for calendar year 2023;
All government affairs contracts between Rowan University and Gibbons P.C for calendar year 2023;
All invoices submitted by North Star Strategies, LLC for government affairs work during 2023;
All invoices submitted by Gibbons, P.C for government affairs work during 2023.

After review of Rowan's Records, there are no Government Affairs contracts or invoices with or from Gibbons PC for 2023. Rowan was unable to find any Government Affairs Contracts or Invoices from NorthStar Strategies, LLC. As you may know, OPRA requires a response within seven business days, in this case that would be September 5, 2024. This response is being provided on August 29, 2024, the third business day. This is a full response to your OPRA request and Rowan will close this file unless you advise otherwise.
