Please see the attached responsive documents to your OPRA Request dated April 3, 2024 and received the same, assigned number 24.04_275. Kindly note, there are no records for the 2024 Rental Registration. Please be advised pursuant to OPRA guidelines N.J.S.A.47:1A-1.1 certain personal identifying information may be redacted such as, but not limited to driver’s license, social security number, telephone number and email addresses. The form included a personal cell phone number and email address.

Please reconsider your response to my request. I would like for your office to provide unredacted records. The property owner in question is a business not a person, so the email and phone number are not "personal."

Kindly be advised that while the property may be titled in the name of a business entity the named representative/emergency contact is an individual who has provided his personal contact information on the rental registration documents you requested. The email address, which was not completely redacted, identifies the individual not a business, and the redacted telephone number has been confirmed to be a private/personal mobile number. Therefore, your request for unreacted documents is denied.
