Hmmm. I think you might be looking in the wrong spot! Right above where you copy the invitation for the public, there’s a small “Edit” button. If you go in there, you can enter Panelist Names and Emails…. If you’re hosting the meeting and you want to just promote them, that works too!

So I am thinking that based on my plan I can’t do that – individualize the emails to create panelists – I think I tried that once and it would not let me add anyone…?

Correct! You can also tell them not to worry, if they lose the email, they can log in from the public link and we can promote them. 😊
