I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

Records requested:

1. All records, complaint forms, PD11s, incident against Lt. Glenn Gaston regarding an incident in December 2016 in which Sgt Gaston, at the time, verbally harrassed and attempted to intimidate EMS personnel during a emergency call. In this event Gaston experienced a psychological breakdown while on duty.

2. All remediating personnel records of Lt. Gaston in which Gaston was trained or disciplined for the incident reported above.
