On February 8, 2021, I was provided information about grants submitted by Stockton University for NJSCA grants for the Noyes Museum, School of Arts and Humanity and the Stockton Performing Arts Center.
The dates of submission for the Noyes Museum and the Stockton Performing Arts Center were redacted.
You state the date of submission information was redacted for these grants due to being classified as "confidential login data."
Please clarify why I was provided the date and time of submission for the School of Arts and Humanities grant which was submitted to the NJSCA on behalf of Stockton University by Ms. Pantelia Bairaktaris and was not redacted, since this is "confidential login data" for the Noyes Museum and the Stockton Performing Arts Center.

However, the date of submission was provided for the School of Arts and Humanities grant in the information provided on February 8, 2021.
I would like to clarify why this information was not available for the Noyes Museum and the Stockton Performing Arts Center because it was classifiied as "confidential data," but the same information for the Arts and Humanities grant was now classified as "confidential data," and was provided to me.

The above referenced information was missing from both the Noyes Museum and the Stockton Performing Arts Center grant applications submitted to me. Since Ms. Bairaktaris and Dr. Kesselman are the official administrators of the Noyes Museum and the Stockton Performing Arts Center grants, this information should also be included in the grant information for those entities.

Dear Ms. Elaine: Per my prior correspondence, all responsive documents to
your stated request were produced. There are no "missing" documents based
on your request.

On October 27, 2020, the New Jersey State Council on the Arts awarded the
following Stockton University entities 2021 Grant Awards:
Noyes Museum, $26,633
Performing Arts Center, $101,020
Stockton University (State of the Arts), $250,000

I am requesting the grant application and/or documentation that Stockton
University submitted in order to receive the above referenced grants.
It is my understanding that the application is submitted to New Jersey
State Council on the Arts every three years and the award is made
annually. The second and third year are renewals - no application was
submitted, therefore there are no records responsive to your new request.
Please note that further requests for records related to this will require
submission of a new OPRA request as your inquiries seek records and
information not previously requested. To the extent it may be helpful,
