The locally negotiation furlough agreement between University (or the State of NJ) and Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO ("CWA") providing for furlough of Montclair State University ("MSU") employees at the Ben Samuels Children's Center, with a furlough effective June 3, 2020. This locally negotiated furlough agreement is referenced in paragraph B.16 of the "Memorandum of Agreement between the State of New Jersey and the Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO," dated June 22, 2020.
