Mr. Marroletti,

I am in receipt of your OPRA request dated December 17, 2021. Unfortunately this request has been denied because the Health Care Facilities Financing Authority does not work in connection with the IDRC program. The Authority is the primary issuer of municipal bonds for New Jersey's health care organizations.
