      RE: OPRA Request             

Dear Mr. Kratovil:

       This will acknowledge receipt of your OPRA request via email dated
January 5, 2024, at 1:57 a.m. to Douglas Dzema, Executive Director of the
Housing Authority of the City of Perth Amboy,  In that regard attached
herewith please find the following documents in response to your request: 

 1. Municipal ordinance establishing the Housing Authority of the City of
Perth Amboy under the statutes of the State of New Jersey 
 2. A list of the current board members and the appointing authorities. 
 3. I am enclosing herewith pursuant to your request, agency by-laws.  
Your request is very broad. We attempt to provide you with all the
information requested. Please note, the rules and regulations that
govern the Authority are founded pursuant to the State statutes as
well as funding agreements with the Department of HUD. In response to
this request I am enclosing the Authorities most recent annual and 5
year plan approved by HUD. Further, regarding number 3 request, again
we provided the information we believe is responsive. 
I believe the foregoing complies with your request. Should you require
anything additional, please do not hesitate to contact us.
