It is hard to believe that you do not have this very basic fundamental
housing information for this agency. Please review your files for this
documentation. I would be happy to assist you with the pieces you have
determined not to have as the current Interim Executive Director I have

Thanks for your message. Happy New Year to you as well.
I would not be requesting the records if I had them. As for #3 *some* of those records appear to be on the NBHA website, but we both know that the website is not always complete or up to date. Hence my request.
For your information, I filed identical requests with all municipal authorities in the area. You should have received the same request for Franklin as well. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions for me, and provide the records within the statutory time frame. If you need an extension of time, you can ask for one, but please don't ask me to review my own files as I am not the official custodian of NBHA records.

Mr. Kratovil,
I have been in the weeds with so many housing and redevelopment matters I
am graciously asking for an extension for both NBHA and FTHA. I am
certain that by Valentines day 2-14-2024 I will be able to get all the
information you are requesting.
