I am writing to request an internal review of Keyport Borough's handling of my OPRA request 'Full Police Report with BWC and photos for 22KP10595'.
It is now August 21st and we were supposed to have received the information no later than August 9th. This is a very time sensitive matter as it is part of a lawsuit. Please review why we have not yet received the requested information and submit as soon as possible. Thank you!

After reviewing the records received, I have requested confirmation from legal counsel that these records can be released and also placed on a public forum given the sensitive nature of the incident and injuries described.
