In some records, the defendant’s name appears as “Stevy Worah Ozima.” Please note that the name is misspelled, so I am requesting a search under both the recorded spelling (“Ozima”) and the correct spelling ("Ozimo" is the correct name, with an o).
Records requested include, but are not limited to:
- Criminal complaint and/or summons
- Police incident and investigation reports
- Arrest reports, affidavits, and statements of probable cause
- Court docket entries and minutes
- Charging documents and any amended charges
- Plea agreement and/or related correspondence
- Sentencing documents, including the Criminal Division Event Sheet dated 5/9/24
- Probation orders and payment instructions issued by Burlington County Probation Division
