We have received your correspondence requesting a status update on your
following OPRA request, C229556.
Please be advised your request C229556, seeking “FULL BODY CAME with audio
of officer JUSTIN CHARKOWSKI on the scene(s) involved with incident.
number T848/2025-00049744” is currently closed, as was detailed in our
response to your request C229979 and was sent to you on February 21,
2025. For your convenience, a duplicate copy of the response is attached.
In review, on February 6, 2025, our office contacted you regarding the
following requests C228949, C229554, C229555, C229556, C229979, and
C229980. You were advised that production of the totality of the video
collectively requested would substantially disrupt our agency’s
operations. Subsequently, you agreed to amend your requests (C229554,
C229555, C229556, C229979, and C229980) seeking additional Body Worn
Camera video recordings that were generated in connection with the
specified motor vehicle stop involving CAD incident #T848/2025-00049744,
by narrowing the scope of your request to include only the Body Worn
Camera video recordings of Trooper Musa Morrison #8945 and Sergeant Jeremy
Micewicz #6367.
