Full BODY CAM footage of officer EUGENE GRACE
Dear New Jersey State Police,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

After a thorough search of our email account, it has been determined that
we have no record of ever receiving this request. However, we have
entered it into our system after receiving this email. Your request
number associated with the below email is C230836 and the due date is
March 3, 2025. For your convenience, we have provided instructions below
for how to submit a request utilizing the state's on-line portal which
automatically generates a request in our system.

Step #2 - Go to Choose a Department (drop down box) and select: Law and
Public Safety
Step #3 - Go to Choose a Division (drop down box) and select: Division of
State Police
Step #4 - Fill out the form and provide a detailed narrative of the
records you seek. (if available, please include NJSP case number,
Trooper's name, incident location and date/time)
Step #5 - Submit the request. Upon submitting the request, you will
receive a confirmation number that begins with "W" followed by a series of
numbers.
