The Township received your Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”) on insert date here for:

1) public notice for the job listing for the plumber inspector and electrical inspector starting at January 1, 2005 - February 1, 2024 in Wall Municipal.

2) the resume for each plumbing inspector and electrical inspector hired after July 1, 2005, through today in Wall Municipal.

3) the employment contract for each plumbing inspector and electrical inspector hired after July 1, 2005, through today in Wall Municipal.

While OPRA does provide that immediate access ordinarily shall be granted to Item No. 3 of your request; some of the responsive documents may require retrieval from storage and may indeed contain confidential and sensitive information that will require attorney review and redaction prior to release.  As such, the Township will require an extension that records custodians are allowed prior to granting access to a government record pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i) for Item No. 3 than coincides with the remainder of the request.  You can expect to receive the Township’s response to your OPRA request on or about March 5, 2024, accordingly.
