I have reviewed your reply of 12/5/2023. Mr. Smyth you have not provided any of the details for the health plans the employees are on for Health Insurance since 7/1/2018 from what you have provided. What exactly are you paying Brown & Brown to do as what you have provided makes no whatsoever regarding Health Insurance? that are now budgeted for over $13,000,000. Adam Nasr is the chair of Finance & Facilities. Christine Steitz is the Wall BOE President. The other BOE member are Ralph Addonizio, Ken Wondrack, Kristen Hodnett, Chris San Fillippo, Thomas Buffa, Kathleen DiGiovanni, James Maliff.

I will follow up with the Comptroller's Office, Banking & Insurance, the AG's Office on Monday. Your office needs to be investigated.
