Please note that lawful redactions were made where indicated to remove
confidential and personal identifying information such as dates of birth,
social security numbers, driver's license number, personal home addresses,
telephone numbers, victim/witness information, juvenile information, and
other unique personal identifiers and information where it has been
determined that there is a reasonable expectation of privacy sufficient to
preclude release of said information. These redactions were made pursuant
to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 (personally identifying information); N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1 (".a public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to
safeguard from public access a citizen's personal information with which
it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's
reasonable expectation of privacy."); Burnett v. County of Bergen, 198
N.J. 408 (2009)(citizens have a reasonable expectation of privacy in their
personal information); Executive Order 21 (McGreevey, 2002) (obligation to
safeguard from public access a citizen's personal information); Executive
Order 26 (McGreevy, 2002) (information relating to medical, psychiatric,
or psychological history, diagnosis, treatment, or evaluation); and
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-9.a. (OPRA shall not abrogate any exemption of a public
record or government record from public access heretofore made pursuant to
any other statute, Executive Order of the Governor, any federal law,
federal regulation or federal order).
