What was the date of your OPRA Request "Foss Avenue Improvement Project"
that you would like me to do an internal review of the handling?
I have no record of a request from this email address or from a Maddie
Moore regarding the Foss Avenue Improvement Project.
Our records do indicate a request was made and responded to in February
from a Maddie but not the last name Moore and a different email address,
regarding the Foss Avenue Improvement Project. 
I will be happy to do an internal review but I would need more specific
information.

Maddie:
As requested, I have done my Internal Review, I am the only person in this
office and would have been the one to receive your original request.
I have, to the best of my ability, searched every way I can to find the
original email and my searches have come up empty. I also keep a
spreadsheet for all of the OPRA Requests I receive so that I am sure they
are answered in a timely manner. It appears that this request was never
received by me in December. I also checked my old email which was a yahoo
address used until late 2019, but sometimes requests come through there in
error.
I am truly sorry for any inconvenience this delay may have caused.
