BACKGROUND:

In my capacity as Chairman of the New Jersey Libertarian Party's Preempted Ordinance Repeal Project, I wrote to the Township Council on April 19, 2012 and requested repeal of Chapter 201--Peace and Good Order. Unfortunately, I did not retain a copy of Chapter 201 as it existed prior to repeal nor did I ever request a copy of the repealer, Ord. No. 1039-12.
