I request the following public records:

1. Documents including emails, reports, warrants, complaints, subpoenas, summonses, calls, photos, and recordings pertaining to the former Borough Manager/Clerk of the Borough of Washington, Kristine Blanchard (aka Kristine Byrd, aka Kristine Henry). Please provide records under known aliases and variants.

I am specifically seeking records involving, but not limited to, her stealing from the Borough of Washington, allegations of her official misconduct, allegations of her making "False Reports to Law Enforcement-Fictitious Reports (2C:28-4B)," allegations of her "Harassment - Communication in Manner to Cause Alarm (2C:33-4A)", and other alleged or proven offenses.
