Any contracts or foundational documents relating to the formation of the South Essex Fire Department, formed on July 1, 2022. Request includes any public available charters, agreements, rules of conduct, or salary scales, and the endorsing signatures of same.

If time period is required, this request is for any relevant documents crafted or exchanged between January 1, 2022 and January 1, 2023.

If request is too broad, I am primarily seeking the names of any involved attorneys, Township Administrators, or Fire Chiefs involved in the formation of the South Essex Fire Department.
