Records requested:

I am reaching out to see if potential footage may have captured an auto accident near 708 Bergen Blvd in Ridgefield, NJ by the intersection of Hillcrest st. This incident happened on 10/3/2024 around 3:10 pm. This involved a silver Chevrolet Impala (NJ license plate B93SCA) and a white Lexus RX3 (NJ plated SV884A). Ridgefield police arrived to the scene and wrote a report with case number 2024-010710. The white Lexus was pulling out of a driveway as the Silver Chevrolet was proceeding straight coming towards the intersection when the Lexus then struck the Chevrolet. Any potential footage that may have captured the incident would be greatly appreciated to assist with our auto claim 2024-890081.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

Yours faithfully,

Autumn Keane
