Response: Township of Lakewood has received your Open

The Township of Lakewood received your Open Public Records Act
(OPRA) request on 11/28/2023. As such, the seven (7) business day
deadline to respond to your request is 12/7/2023. This response to
your request is being provided to you on the 7th business day
after the custodian's receipt of said request.
The following records are being provided in their entirety and are
responsive to your request.

In accordance with NJSA 47:1A-1 (personnel exception) and Federal
Regulation, personally identifying information has not been
provided.
Due to the large file size of the requested audio/video records,
the records are being transmitted to you via flash drive. Pursuant
to N.J.S.A 47:1A-5.b, the cost associated with this request is
$12.25 including postage.
In accordance with NJSA 47:1A-1 (personnel exception) and Federal
Regulation, personally identifying information has not been
provided. In accordance with N.J.S.A. 2A:4A-60, juvenile
information has not been provided.
Please make out the check to the "Township of Lakewood" addressed
to the Township Clerk-Lakewood Municipal Bldg- 231 Third Street-
Lakewood, NJ 08701. Please note the OPRA request number in the
memo portion of the check.
Upon receipt of your check in the amount of $12.25 ,the flash
drive will be mailed to you.
Please remit payment and the address you would like us to mail the
flash drive to.

Action: Attached are CADs and summons with redactions for
driver's license numbers, personal telephone numbers and partial
date of birth.
BWC is on a 16 GB flash drive. Footage has redactions for police
MDTs, juveniles, phone numbers, and driver documents. Cost of
flash drive is $7.50.
