We're waiting for Kevin William Davis to read a recent response and update the status.

Pursuant to OPRA, I request electronic copies of the following records maintained by the Health Department for the period January 1, 2026 through August 31, 2026:
All complaints concerning restaurants and other retail food establishments, including complaints concerning foodborne illness, rodents, insects/vermin, sewage, food temperature, contamination, employee hygiene, spoiled food, and other allegedly unsanitary conditions.
All inspection reports generated in response to those complaints.
All records reflecting enforcement action resulting from those complaints or inspections, including notices of violation, summonses, closure orders, Conditionally Satisfactory determinations, Unsatisfactory determinations, and reinspection reports.
Records may be provided with information exempt from disclosure under OPRA redacted.
