This is a request for public records made under OPRA (Open Public Records Act) and the common law right of access to public records. Under OPRA case law, I am not required to fill out an official form.

Please, provide me the following by email.

1.) Mayor Joshi's restaurant and bar receipts from 1/1/22 to present, including while travelling

2.) Mayor Joshi's lodging receipts for travel from 1/1/22 to present

3.) Mayor Joshi's transportation receipts from 1/1/22 to present

4.) Mayor Joshi's professional membership receipts from 1/1/22 to present
