Food and Beverage Related Records
Dear Rowan University,

Records requested:
Purchasing records for all food and beverages served between September 1, 2022 to May 11th, 2023. This should include invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and any other records related to the acquisition of food and beverages for the University.

Good morning,
We are in receipt of your May 30, 2023 OPRA request. Due to the holidays and year end activities, we just heard back from the departments who have the information you requested. The departments are having some trouble finding documents which are responsive to your request. They asked for some clarification such as :
What is meant by food served?
Is this food served to employees?
Are student meals also included?
Are events included?
Are vending machines included?
Regarding food service at events, we are contracted with Gourmet Dining to provide the food and beverages for Rowan events. Attached is a May invoice from Gourmet Dining with the breakdown details on what we are paying for. Please advise if this is what you are looking for. If so, we can provide the other relevant months.
If you are looking for more than just events, please provide some guidance as to what you are looking for.

I apologise for the confusion, I was seeking clarification on essentially who provides ingredients to GourmetDining, but as I believe they are a private company that information may not be available. Essentially an example would be where did they buy "bacon" from, or where did they buy their pepsi products from and a breakdown, if this is possible, please email me at [email address] if more clarification is needed. I apologize for any confusion.
