Dear Folsom Borough,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA
and the common law right of access.  I am not required to fill out an
official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request
per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including
all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place
of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New
Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), I am requesting
access to the following public records:

1. All emails, memos, agendas, correspondence, and text messages between
any Folsom Borough employee and appointed officials regarding the Folsom
Athletic Fields.  From Jan 1 2023- September 22, 2024.

Any communications that include the following terms: "leasing of the
fields," "installation of new field lights," "renovations of the fields,"
and "Williamstown Braves."

If possible, I would prefer to receive these documents in electronic
format.

2. Any all emails, memos, agendas, correspondence, and text messages
between any Folsom Borough employee and appointed officials pertaining to
stipend increases for Mayor and council, and or salary increases for the
following during the following period of Jan 1, 2023- September 22, 2024.:

Glenn Smith

Council President James Whittaker

Councilman Jacob Blazer

Councilman Greg Conway

Councilman James Hoffman

Councilman Albert Norman

Councilman Michael Porretta

Mayor Glenn Smith

3. Current Salaries/ Stipends for each public official and their benefit
packages.

I would like all this information in electronic format.
