Dear Clark Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

- on 2/13/23, a request was made for All policies, rules, regulations, memorandums issued by the Township of Clark and all of its departments (ie: Public works, Police,
Administration, etc) regarding the usage of cellular telephone, township
of personally owned, during work hours or while in the performance of
their duties. In response, you sent an "excerpt from our Personnel Policy" forwarded by a Donna Mazzuco.

Responding to that request by sending an excerpt from a document does not satisfy the request since you failed to provide the actual records as required. Please provide the actual page(s) of the Personnel Policy in which that excerpt was obtained from.

-Also requested were the policies, rules, memorandums issued by the Township departments , such as Public Works Department, Police Department, Fire Department, etc. but you did not provide us with any of those records.

Can you please confirm that said records were not provided because none of the Township's individual departments currently have or previously issued memos, policies or rules regarding cellular telephone usage?
