I am writing to request access to prior records related to RFP_Temporary Labor Services issued by Borough of Roselle, NJ

I kindly request the following records:
• Historical spend data(Budget) associated with previous contracts awarded under Temporary Labor Services.
• The technical and cost proposals submitted by the incumbent vendor(s) for previously awarded contracts under this RFP.
• Any contract award documentation, including evaluations and scoring sheets if available.
