Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Charges

If available, it would also be helpful, but not required, to include:

Age

Ethnicity

Please provide the data in whatever format is most convenient for you (PDF, CSV, XLSX, etc.), though spreadsheet format is preferred if possible.

These records are not being requested for commercial purposes. If any part of the request is denied, please provide the specific exemption you are relying on and inform me of the available appeal procedures under the law.
