Pursuant to the Open Public Records Act, I am requesting access to records regarding the Borough's contract and deployment of Flock Safety automated license plate readers (ALPRs). Specifically, I am seeking: 1) The approved council resolution or contract authorizing the purchase/installation of these cameras, 2) The specific dates of any public hearings or council meetings where this deployment was discussed or voted on, and 3) The standard operating procedures or data-sharing agreements governing the Sayreville Police Department's use of this system.
