Good morning Jeff,

I have a question about next steps on a property connected to Calvary Episcopal Church.  The parsonage is located on New York Avenue and is Zone as an office space.  However, Father Ritter and I have been discussing using the space as a residential support center.  The center will be fully staffed and provide assistance to families in Hunterdon County.  Is this permissible?
