Dear Mr. Klein,

I want to check in and see where we are at with the house on New York Ave. We here at Calvary are very excited to move forward and eagerly await your reply.

Thank you, Fr. Nathan

Good afternoon,
If you are on vacation or out of the office, I sincerely apologize for the barrage of emails.  Calvary Episcopal Church is cleaning and restoring the parsonage for possible use.  We want to move ahead with the impending restoration and move but wanted to confirm the use.  The parsonage is located on New York Avenue and is zoned as an office space we believe. Father Ritter and I are discussing using the space as a residential support center.  I did reach out to Jeff Doshna and he does not believe that this is an impermissible use.  Please confirm at your earliest convenience.

Subject: Zoning for Parsonage
Good afternoon,
I wanted to follow up on an email sent earlier this week.
I have a question about next steps on a property connected to Calvary Episcopal Church.  The parsonage is located on New York Avenue and is zoned as an office space.  However, Father Ritter and I have been discussing using the space as a residential support center.  The center will be fully staffed and provide assistance to families in Hunterdon County.  Is this permissible?
