This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Most recent list of all Lawrence Township's fleet vehicles (if known, for example Police Interceptor), year(s) of manufacture, year(s) of purchase, purchase invoice for each fleet vehicle.
2. Purchase invoice(s) for all Lawrence Township owned/leased/issued cell phones and cell phone plans.
3. A current list of all Lawrence Township government employees and/or department(s) who were issued Lawrence Township owned/leased/issued cell phones.

Attached is the requested listing of Township employees that are issued
cell phones. Please be advised that there was no purchase charge for the
phones as they are included in the plan.

Cell phone information has been sent to you under separate cover email.
Please be advised that we are currently working on the fleet vehicle information you requested. However, as the vehicles are/were purchased over a period of many years, it will take a considerable amount of time to gather the records for these purchases. At this point in time, it is estimated that it will take approximately two weeks before the documents can be made available. Will keep you updated on the progress.
