Dear Sir/Madam,
Please be advised that this is an impermissibly broad request and cannot be fulfilled. Your request for "any and all information and/or records" does not identify any specific records in existence and under OPRA, "agencies are required to disclose only 'identifiable' governmental records not otherwise exempt. . . In short, OPRA does not countenance open-ended searches of an agency's files." MAG Entm't, LLC v. Div. of Alcoholic Beverage Control, 375 N.J.Super. 534, 546-49, (App. Div. 2005). If you wish to continue to pursue this request, please narrow your inquiry to identifiable documents/records.
If you have any questions regarding this response, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
Shiraz Deen
