Please accept this e-mail as an update to my October 10th e-mail advising you that I had requested the records you are seeking from the West Long Branch First Aid Squad (Emergency Medical Services) regarding their response times. The EMS Captain advised me this morning that the West Long Branch First Aid Squad (Emergency Medical Services) has questions concerning the validity of your request. Therefore, I am asking for an extension to October 31st to respond to your request to allow time for me to make contact with the EMS Captain to clarify the request.

As a result of my repeated requests for the record you are seeking from the West Long Branch First Aid Squad (Emergency Medical Services) and the intervention of the Borough Attorney, the requested record will be supplied. The EMS Captain is in the process of getting the record to me. Therefore, I anticipate being able to provide the requested record no later than Wednesday, November 7, 2018.
