Dear Ltown United:

Pursuant to your OPRA  and common law right of access requests submitted
to the Township of Livingston on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 for "1) the
contract/agreement for the July 4th 2019, 2020 and 2021 fireworks display
including the breakdown of quantity and cost of the various projectiles",
the July 4, 2019 Agreement (signed and dated March 15, 2019) and program
submitted by Garden State Fireworks, Inc. is attached.  The original
program is very faded.  If you would like to visit the Clerk's Department
at an agreed upon date and time, we would be more than happy to have the
original  program available.  There are no July 4th Firework Agreements
for 2020 and 2021.

Pursuant to your OPRA  and common law right of access requests submitted
to the Township of Livingston on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 for  "2) The
contract/agreement for the September 12, 2021 fireworks display including
the breakdown of quantity and cost of the various projectiles", the
September 12, 2021 Agreement (dated June 22, 2021) and program submitted
by Garden State Fireworks, Inc. is attached.    This Agreement was never
fully executed.
