Hello. thank you for the response. please provide copies of residential smoke alarm, Co Alarm, and fire extinguisher inspection. these inspections are mandated by nj fire subcode when a home is sold effective 1/1/2019. The address in reference 118 cedar point ave is a single-family home and was sold approximately 8/9/2022.
