Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Records requested:
We are requesting a copy of the Fire Report for an incidence that occurred on June 6th, 2026, at 9 Insley Avenue. A tree fell onto electrical wires causing a short circuit causing damage to the backer board of the aluminum siding panels near the meter pan. The Fire Department was called to control the scene. We are the Adjuster assigned by the Insurance Company. Our request is for insurance purposes.
