We are in receipt of your OPRA request, received on May 19, 2021 at 1:07 pm, in
reference to requested pump testing certifications for Units 1122, 1125, 1126, & 1127
for calendar years 2018-2021.  As a recently past Assistant Chief of Landisville, I am
sure you are aware that 1127 is not equipped with a pump, as it is a Utility Light/Air
Vehicle, and therefore pump testing does not apply.  It is somewhat amusing that you
would request information that does not apply. We are assuming this is an error in your
request. 
Pursuant to the request for the remaining certifications for 2018, 2019, & 2020, we are
happy to report that those reports are available for your review.  Unfortunately, we do
not keep them in electronic format.  I have calculated the expected fee of 1 hour
($23.50) for our support staff to retrieve and duplicate the documents.  Each yearly
report contains 4 pages @ $0.05/page.  If you accept, please mail us a Certified check
in the amount of $24.10 to our above address.  Upon receipt of the check and
subsequent deposit, we will duplicate the reports and send them to you via US Mail. 
Please indicate the address you would like them mailed.  If you would like them
electronically scanned, please indicate that in your response and we will not charge the
duplication fee of $0.05/page, but the hourly rate must be adjusted to 1.1 hours.  If you
would like electronic copies only, please forward a certified check in the amount of
$25.85.
