Fire Marshall Report and 911 audio tapes

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Entire files, including but not limited to, copies of any and all reports, investigation reports, statements, photos, and videos; any and all, investigative notes, audio of 911 Calls, Photographs, Videos, including any and all, subsequent Investigation Reports prepared and generated by any public official, including but not limited to, the Fire Marshall's Office; prepared and/or generated from a residential structure fire on April 24, 2019 at approximately 2:30 p.m. at the address located at 309 Absecon Terrace, Tuckerton, NJ.

Your OPRA Request has been forwarded to Mary Ann Cilento, Clerk of the Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders, as that office handles various OPRA Requests submitted to the County. Please be assure that the Clerk of the Board's Office will respond to your request.
This office received your request yesterday from the OC Clerk Scott Colabella and I have forwarded the request for 911 call information to the OC Sheriff for a response. The Sheriff maintains its own Custodian of Records.
I have also requested from the OC Fire Marshal any reports regarding a fire at 309 Absecon Terrace, Tuckerton, NJ on April 24, 2019.

The Office of the Fire Marshal has advised that "the Fire Marshal's Office did not participate in any way with the incident at 309 Absecon Terrace in Tuckerton."
