Fire Dept Mutual Aid
Dear Neptune Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All correspondence between Neptune Township and/or The Neptune Fire District with the Asbury Park Fire Department regarding denial of mutual aid resources during day time hours. This is including not allowing day time staffing being allowed out of the township during day time hours for mutual aid requests.
