Records requested: WE ARE REQUESTING A COPY OF THE FIRE REPORT FOR AN INCIDENT AT 10 MEADOW LANE ON APRIL 30, 2023. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT RESPONDED TO A CALL FOR WATER INTRUSION IN CRAWL SPACE AT THIS ADDRESS. THE REQUEST IS FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES, WE ARE THE ADJUSTERS HANDLING THE CLAIM
