Fire Department Investigation
Dear Union Township (Hunterdon),
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All records related to the investigation into the Pattenburg Volunteer Fire Company of Union Township, Hunterdon County. Including, but not limited to, written correspondence related to the investigation between the DFS and the Township of Union.
Also requested is all records related to the recent OSHA/PEOSH inspection of the fire department.

I received your OPRA and common law request dated December 14, 2022
for “All records related to the investigation into the Pattenburg
Volunteer Fire Company of Union Township, Hunterdon County. Including, but
not limited to, written correspondence related to the investigation
between the DFS and the Township of Union. Also requested is all records
related to the recent OSHA/PEOSH inspection of the fire department.”
Please be advised that due to staff vacations for the upcoming holidays,
the Township requires an extension to complete your request until January
14, 2023.
