Dear Califon Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access.

Records requested:

EnviroSure is requesting all fire department, HAZMAT/incident response team, and other applicable records pertaining to a reported spill at the property of 452 County Road 513, Califon, NJ, that was reported to have occurred on July 1, 2017. The incident has been assigned Case #17-07-01-1906-27 by the NJDEP, and the case details were described as "reported spill of fluids from a 55 gal drum that was hit by lightning and caught on fire. Non emergent." Thank you.
