Fire Damaged Properties
To Whom It May Concern
I respectfully request a list of addresses of residential properties damaged by fire for the month of November 2021
I would really appreciate it if you could email me this information
Sincerely,
Norman Carvajal
Dear Mr. Carvajal,
Warren County received your request filed under the NJ Open Public Records
Act, which we logged as 21-497. In your message to us, you stated:
I respectfully request a list of addresses of residential properties
damaged by fire for the month of November 2021
Attached please find a PDF that has information we hope will satisfy your
request. A few notes, though:
- Warren County does not maintain a list of addresses of
residential properties damaged by fire, as you request for the month of
November 2021.
- While OPRA does not call on us to create documents where they do
not exist, we were able to provide the attached information through a
search of the Computer Assisted Dispatch (CAD) records at the County’s 911
Communications Center.
- This list of fires in the time frame requested includes ones that
could potentially have caused damage to a residential property, as
distinguished by the CAD code input by the 911 Telecommunicator in the
County’s 911 Communications Center.
If you wish to request further information about any of the incidents
included in the attachment, we would be happy to address another OPRA
submission from you.
Please confirm that you received this email, and whether it satisfies your
request, or if you intend file a new request for additional information.
If you feel you have been denied information erroneously, you may wish to
file a Denial of Access complaint with the NJ Government Records Council
(GRC). The GRC can be reached via this toll-free number: 866-850-0511 or
by visiting its web site: [1]www.nj.gov/grc.
